- With “Break The Silence” a band enters the international stage, which was described in the Norwegian ‘Scream Magazine’ as the best band of their genre. And though comparisons seem venturous to grunge greats such as Alice In Chains, Pearl Jam and Stone Temple Pilots, the guys from Fast Foolish Flies manage to enthuse both critics and fans with their song.
Already launched in 1997 as a purely acoustic project of the vocalist Tommy Lien and the guitarists Rune Antonsen and Lars Erik Madsen, the band found their way after several line-up changes. “Break The Silence” is the first step to their new album after a long creative break, which is yet to be finalized this year. - credits
